24phjoin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 24phjoin ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 24phjoin online gaming platform, including the website at https://24phjoin.app, the 24phjoin mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 24phjoin, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior versions. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 24phjoin Platform.

To register and use the 24phjoin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming. 24phjoin strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming is legal under the laws applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself through the 24phjoin responsible gaming tools or by any regulatory authority.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 24phjoin and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 24phjoin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 24phjoin username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 24phjoin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 24phjoin customer support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

24phjoin is required by law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit any identity documents requested by 24phjoin, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

All financial transactions on the 24phjoin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 24phjoin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during operating hours;
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time;
• 24phjoin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

24phjoin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus credits are credited to your 24phjoin account and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated;
• 24phjoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

All games available on the 24phjoin Platform — including Basketball betting, Dragon and Tiger, Snooker, Fishing Disco, Panda Dragon Boat, Lucky Bingo, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on 24phjoin are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). The integrity of these systems is subject to independent audit. 24phjoin does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 24phjoin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 24phjoin shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to 24phjoin customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. The decision of 24phjoin's compliance team on all game disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24phjoin Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 24phjoin staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.

24phjoin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting 24phjoin customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours;
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing their session duration and net gaming activity.

All content on the 24phjoin Platform — including but not limited to the 24phjoin brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 24phjoin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 24phjoin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24phjoin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

In all cases, 24phjoin's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 24phjoin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

24phjoin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 24phjoin Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

24phjoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 24phjoin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

24phjoin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 24phjoin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 24phjoin customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 24phjoin, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 24phjoin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
